Founded in 1946, Anyang Xinsheng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. began manufacturing the C630 and C61100 series lathes in 1958. In December 2002, the company was restructured into a private joint-stock enterprise. It is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a National Specialized and New “Little Giant” Enterprise, and a Key National Machine Tool Manufacturer. It is also the largest lathe manufacturer in central China by production scale and serves as the Vice Chairman Unit of the Lathe Branch of the China Machine Tool & Tool Builders' Association.
In 2014, the company was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), stock code: 831577.
